1. THEORY COMPONENT (COMPULSORY)
2. PRACTICAL COMPONENT (OPTIONAL)
Teaches participants to identify the signs of problem stress and how it can be better understood and controlled.
Teaches participants a set of effective skills and strategies to reduce stress in the classroom and beyond.
